On Friday night I suggested that I got my extra vitamin C from Berocca tablets. This was a notion met with some derision, since "Berocca is vitamin B". I've checked the packet, since vitamin C was one of the reasons I bought them in the first place. Right there, admittedly below a reasonable list of B-group vitamins, is 1000mg of ascorbic acid in each tablet. So there.
