One of those days

Wake up tired. Miss the bus. Forget three things before even getting to work. Drop your coffee in the lift. Password expired. Scanner won't work. Leave not approved yet. It's just going to continue like this.

Mokalus of Borg

PS - I'd like to be back home in bed.
PPS - Wouldn't we all?

Didn't see Erin at the bus stop this morning...

That's the real reason. I know.

*taps side of nose knowingly*

That's an interesting theory.

...

Dance it for me.

The magic of interpretive dance cannot be commanded. It must come organically through the soul of the artist.

You should know that by now.

That would be a good introduction to a textbook on the subject. That's assuming interpretive dance can be condensed to textbook form. I'm guessing that's impossible too.

It wouldn't be a very long book. It's something that comes from within. But I can crap on about anything for long enough if I try.

It would have to be be one of those books that lecturers write for their subjects and make everyone in the course buy otherwise their course doesn't make sense, just so that they can make some extra money on the side.

I would write this short, but essential 'Guide to Interpretive Dance by Erin-Marie' (as all good interpretive dance teachers have two first names) to go along with my workshops in interpretive dance.
