Hmmmm..... Management schools around the world may have something to say about that.But then I expect you would expect them to say that.
Yeah, I know. Delegation has its place, especially if people are more skilled or more knowledgeable than you. The problem there is that people can abuse it to get away with not knowing anything.
Sounds like random acts of management to me!
