The Lukewarm Water Device

Our water heater here at home is about as old as me, and is now approximating my own ability to heat water above body temperature. That is to say that the thing is almost ready for retirement. Currently it produces just enough "hot" water for a disappointing shower, with none left over to wash dishes. One of those activities has to adapt, or the water heater has to be fixed. I'm guessing we will choose to live with it for a while, because Dad has this odd idea about home repair that says "if we don't fix it, we'll get used to it".

PS - I'll probably start boiling water on the stove to wash up.
PPS - The problem is that adds ten minutes to my morning routine.
